This Privacy Policy describes how Sezgin Kahraman ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the mobile game Rotate | Day & Night ("the App"). We respect your privacy and the App is designed to collect as little data as possible.

1. Information we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your name, email, address, phone number, or any other directly identifying personal information.
• We do not require an account or sign-in.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location.
• We do not include third-party analytics SDKs or advertising trackers.

2. Information stored locally on your device

The App stores the following on your device only (via Apple's NSUserDefaults / iCloud KVS where enabled), and never transmits it to us:

• Your progress (which levels you have completed, best move count, best time, star ratings).
• Your settings preferences (e.g. audio mute state).
• Local ownership flags for purchased items (e.g. "Remove Ads" or "Bonus Levels") — used as a cache; the source of truth is Apple's purchase receipt.

Uninstalling the App or resetting Game Center erases this data.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional non-consumable In-App Purchases (e.g. "Remove Ads", "Bonus Levels"). These transactions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive an anonymous purchase receipt from Apple to verify your purchase; we do not receive your payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles your purchase data.

4. Children's privacy (COPPA / Apple Kids policy)

The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any data from children. There are no chats, no user profiles, no behavioural tracking, and no third-party ads at this time.

5. Advertising

This release of the App does not show advertisements. If we add ads in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that release, and ads will respect Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

6. Apple Restore Purchases

If you tap "Restore Purchases" in the App, Apple sends us the list of products you have previously bought under the same Apple ID, so we can unlock them on this device. No additional data is collected.

7. Data retention

Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing to retain or delete on our side. To erase locally stored progress, delete the App from your device.

8. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Since we do not collect personal information, GDPR and CCPA requests do not apply in practice. If you believe we hold any personal data about you, contact us at the email below and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves (e.g. when adding new features). The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be announced in the App's release notes.
